Join Deviniti’s Consulting / Business Advisory business line and help shape the future of digital consulting in Poland!
This is not a management position. You will act as a business and strategic partner to some of the largest enterprise organizations. Working with us, you will have a direct impact on how some of Poland’s largest organizations adopt AI and optimize their processes. This role is for someone who wants to influence business strategy while working side by side with the leaders of major organizations.
What tasks await you in this role?
- Strategy and Diagnosis
- Conducting organizational process audits for Enterprise clients
- Creating transformation roadmaps and business cases that justify investment
- Diagnosing business challenges across the financial, banking, and energy sectors
- Implementation and Adoption
- Coordinating implementations with teams of technology experts
- Ensuring that recommended solutions are effectively adopted and used, rather than simply “implemented”
- Building a culture of change and educating client teams

- Building credibility as a Trusted Advisor
- Delivering measurable business outcomes

- have led business and digital transformations in the financial, banking, or energy sectors;
- have technical knowledge of ML, GenAI, cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP), software development processes (SDLC/PDLC), and IT risk management, enabling you to assess the real feasibility of projects;
- are confident in leading workshops with C-level executives, translating business challenges into concrete projects and ROI calculations;
- understand the principles of safe AI adoption (Responsible AI, compliance) and know how to protect data in a corporate environment;
- keep up with the AI technology market and can distinguish marketing hype from solutions that are genuinely ready to be scaled within an organization;
- understand that effective transformation is primarily about changing processes and the way people work, and are able to build consensus across complex organizational structures;
- work in a hands-on model, guiding clients from problem analysis through implementation and working closely with engineering teams.
- nice to have:
- Practical knowledge of AI solutions
- Certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma
- Experience developing effective business cases
- you can also work in a team! In particular, we value:
- confidence and ease when communicating with executive and C-level stakeholders;
- the courage to recommend the right solutions, even when that means challenging the client’s assumptions;
- a partnership-based approach and the ability to build long-term relationships based on trust.

Do you want to join us? Apply! Wiola will guide you through the recruitment process. You can expect the following 5 recruitment stages:

2. Phone interview - during these 30/40 minutes the recruiter describes the role further and asks a few questions (i.e. about your expectations and notice period).
