We are looking for someone who can look at a topic from both a business and technical perspective, while also feeling comfortable working directly with clients.
What will you work on as a Senior Business Analyst ?
- The Application Development unit focuses on developing, enhancing and maintaining custom software projects for clients around the world, specializing in mobile and web applications.
- As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, translating them into clear requirements and working with the technical team to find the best solution.
Who will you work with?
- You will join a 15-person team consisting of Mid and Senior Developers, a Business Analyst, an Architect and a Team Manager. UX/UI Designers also support the team when needed.
- The team mainly follows Agile methodologies and focuses on code quality through code reviews, unit testing and pair programming.
What tasks await you in this role?
- understanding client needs, gathering and analyzing business and system requirements, and translating them into concrete solutions
- conducting client meetings and workshops, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations;
- assessing the feasibility of requirements together with the technical team and looking for alternative solutions when the original assumptions cannot be implemented;
- preparing analyses, modeling processes, and creating and maintaining project documentation at both business and system levels;
- designing and documenting integration solutions, including APIs, data mappings and flows between systems;
- working closely with the development team during implementation and refinement of requirements;
- independently managing analytical topics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions that address the client's business needs;
- using AI to support analytical work, including vibe coding and rapid prototyping for demos.
You are the one we’re looking for, if:
- you have the following skills:
- at least 4 years of experience in analysis within IT projects;
- experience working with clients, particularly in understanding needs, gathering requirements and proposing solutions;
- experience in both business and system analysis;
- process modeling skills (UML, BPMN) and experience creating project documentation;
- experience working with development teams;
- knowledge of APIs, system integrations and data mapping;
- experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- the ability to assess the feasibility of requirements and work with the technical team to select the right solution;
- knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and experience using AI in analytical processes;
- good English skills, at least B2 level.
- nice to have: the ability to prepare high-level system architecture proposals; experience in system architecture modeling and designing reusable solutions.

You can expect the following 5 recruitment stages:
1. CV screening - we read about your experience and make sure that it matches our needs.
2. Phone interview - during these 30 minutes the recruiter describes the role further and asks a few questions (i.e. about your expectations and notice period).
3. Online interview - a 45-minute online meeting with the recruiter, the Architect and the Lead Business Analyst from the team. They will assess your technical skills and experience.
4. Recruitment interview – a roughly 45-minute online meeting with the recruiter and the Team Leader, who will assess your fit with the team.
5. The decision, which is presented to you about 2 weeks after the interview.
